What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions while taking ownership of each account
• Resolve conflicts and manage expectations effectively
• Document customer account activities thoroughly and concisely
• Conduct research and approach escalated problems with good judgment
• Abide by all applicable regulatory and department practices and procedures

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, Outlook)
• Effective prioritization and organization skills
• Critical thinking skills with the ability to exercise independent judgment
• Attention to detail and accuracy

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• 2+ years of customer service or account collections experience, either by phone or face-to-face
• Experience with formatting spreadsheets, creating pivot tables, and filtering data
