What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Respond to a high volume of phone and digital communications while delivering exceptional customer service
• Answer inquiries related to orders, products, policies, and services with accuracy and timeliness
• Perform filing and other general clerical duties as required by the supervisor
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the supervisor
• Help customers place orders and provide recommendations and information on products

What is Required (Qualifications):
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Customer service and call center experience preferred
• Excellent oral, written communication, and listening skills
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
• Computer proficiency and ability to read and comprehend simple instructions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English
• Enthusiastic and willing to learn
• Contributes to a positive team spirit
