Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
? Deliver engaging and interactive virtual ESL lessons to students of various ages and proficiency levels
? Design and customize lesson plans to meet each student's unique learning needs
? Monitor and assess student progress, offering timely feedback and additional support as needed
? Collaborate with classroom teachers, families, and school staff to promote student success in their language learning journey
Qualifications
? Valid state teaching license with an ESL endorsement
? Proven experience teaching ESL, either in a classroom or online setting
? Familiarity with virtual teaching tools and platforms
? Strong communication skills and a passion for supporting students in their language development.
