Requirements: ? Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required ? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written ? Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset ? Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and online communication tools ? Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment ? Knowledge of travel industry trends, destinations, and travel booking platforms is a plus ?
