What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Supervise students throughout the school day, both in the school building and on work sites
• Assist students with social behavior, personal hygiene, and self-help skills
• Support students during instruction and other curriculum tasks
• Manage student behavior in various learning environments
• Gather data regarding student performance on instructional and behavioral goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
• High School Diploma or Equivalency Certificate
• Ability to work with physically, mentally, emotionally, and/or multiple disabilities students
• Demonstrated ability to effectively work with diverse populations
• Proficiency with business technology applications
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as extensive walking, standing, carrying, and lifting

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Formal academic courses/training in the field of child development
• Experience working with students with special needs
