What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Efficiently manage incoming customer conversations across multiple platforms, providing product information and troubleshooting assistance
• Build and maintain customer relationships while ensuring timely responses and resolution of inquiries
• Encourage customer retention, engagement, and renewals, as well as win back churned customers
• Maintain and enhance the customer-facing help center
• Monitor customer trends and advocate for customers within the company

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum one year of experience as a customer support agent
• Proficiency in utilizing the Microsoft Office suite
• Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively
• Reliability in prioritizing tasks and adaptability to evolving priorities
• Demonstrated empathy and personalized attention in addressing customer concerns

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Prior experience in remote work environments
• Genuine passion for music or engagement in the audio & music industry
• Comfortable engaging on community forums
