Customer Support Assistant (remote)

We're on the lookout for an outgoing individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative! If you're passionate about travel and thrive on assisting others with planning, this remote opportunity is tailor-made for you. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll play a crucial role in crafting exceptional travel experiences for both corporate and leisure clients worldwide.

Roles ... Responsibilities: ? Research, create, and execute exceptional itineraries catering to client preferences ? Review individual needs and wants to tailor trips specifically designed to meet their requirements ? Participate in ongoing training to earn and maintain travel certification ? Attend webinars with vendors and suppliers to specialize in specific destinations ? Act as an ambassador for our brand and collaborate with team members ? Provide suggested budgets for clients and plan trips within budget constraints ? Create promotional materials for effective marketing ? Stay updated on changes within the tourism industry, including travel restrictions ? Promptly respond to all travel inquiries and effectively manage time when researching trips ? Handle issues that may arise during bookings or travel for clients ? Maintain up-to-date information within our software ? Network with tour operators for potential package offerings to clients ? Participate in Familiarization (FAM) trips when possible

Requirements: ? Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US ? Fluency in English is required ? Effective communication skills with a strong sales background as a plus ? Smartphone with internet access required; laptop recommended but not mandatory ? Personal travel experience is advantageous but not mandatory ? Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
