The representative is responsible for answering incoming calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, and some light office duties. Some computer skills needed. The ability to maintain a professional manner and handle customers of all characters.

Responsibilities: ? Answer inbound calls from customers and book jobs. ? Answer general questions about products or policies. ? Provide information on products/services or policies. ? Explain the details of policies to customers. ? Speak clearly and precisely on the phone. ? Listen to customers' needs and provide the appropriate solution. ? Be able output large quantities of information. ? Make outbound calls to customers to resolve complaints.

We are looking for experienced or non-experienced dispatch/customer service presententive and we offer paid training! Metro Garage Door Repair LLC is a family owned and operated business that has maintained a stellar reputation as the foremost garage door specialists in the industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
