What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Manage a high volume of incoming calls while maintaining professionalism and efficiency
• Identify and assess customers' needs to exceed satisfaction and provide effective solutions
• Engage customers and clients proactively to enhance their experience
• Build sustainable relationships and trust through open communication
• Document customer interactions and follow up on resolutions to ensure satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
• Strong phone communication and listening skills
• Familiarity with various software, including email, Microsoft Excel, and Gsuite
• High school diploma or equivalent

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not essential)
• Experience in dispatching (1 year preferred but not essential)
• Track record of exceeding performance goals
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
