What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Schedule and manage patient appointments, ensuring accurate check-in and check-out processes
? Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting patients both in person and over the phone
? Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) system
? Collaborate effectively with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations and patient flow
? Handle insurance verification and manage payment collection processes

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High School diploma or equivalent required
? Minimum of three years of customer service experience, with clerical experience in a clinical setting preferred
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and intermediate to advanced phone and verbal communication skills
? Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision and adapt to changing departmental needs
? Must be flexible and willing to work evenings, weekdays, and weekends as necessary

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience with Epic EMR system
? Bilingual in Spanish and English
? Previous experience in a pediatric healthcare setting
