Key Responsibilities: ? Make outbound calls to builders, contractors, and architects from the provided database to introduce and promote our MEP services. ? Generate interest in our offerings by presenting the benefits and value of our services. ? Identify potential leads, qualify them, and gather relevant information. ? Schedule follow-up calls, meetings, or product presentations for the sales team. ? Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups in the CRM system. ? Meet daily/weekly call and lead generation targets. ? Provide feedback and insights to help refine the outreach strategy.
Requirements: ? Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role in sales, customer service, or lead generation. ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ? Fluent in English, Hindi, regional languages]. ? Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. ? Goal-oriented and self-motivated. ? Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
Preferred:
