? Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
? Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times
Qualifications
? High school diploma or equivalent
? 1+ years of customer service experience
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
? Strong problem-solving skills
? Experience with live chat platforms is a plus
