Description:

As a Ticket Sales Representative at Disney, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while selling tickets and assisting guests with their inquiries. You will be the first point of contact for guests visiting the park, so excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent

2. Previous customer service experience preferred

3. Strong communication skills

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

5. Attention to detail

6. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

7. Enthusiasm for working in a team-oriented environment

Responsibilities:

1. Sell tickets to guests in person or over the phone

2. Assist guests with questions and provide information about park attractions

3. Process transactions accurately and efficiently

4. Maintain a clean and organized work area

5. Follow company policies and procedures

6. Up-sell additional services or products when appropriate

7. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest experience
