As the Coordinator, your principal duty will involve curating exceptional travel experiences for both corporate and leisure clients across diverse international destinations. Roles & Responsibilities
? Conduct thorough research and develop exceptional itineraries tailored to each client.
? Assess individual preferences and requirements to create customized travel experiences.
? Undertake continuous training to obtain and uphold necessary certifications for booking travel.
? Participate in webinars conducted by vendors and suppliers to acquire specialized knowledge about specific destinations.
? Account for budgetary limitations when planning trips for clients.
? Generate promotional materials as needed.
? Stay updated on fluctuating travel restrictions.
? Arrange bookings for airline tickets, car rentals, hotel accommodations, cruises, ticketed events, etc.
? Maintain effective communication with clients before and after their journeys.
? Address any issues that may arise during the booking process or while clients are traveling.
? Establish connections with tour operators to explore potential packages for clients? consideration.
? Part-time or full-time availability.

Requirements
? Proficient communication skills with an emphasis on client interaction (sales background preferred).
? Possession of a smartphone with internet access; having a laptop is recommended but not mandatory.
? Personal travel experience is highly advantageous, although not obligatory.
? Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is beneficial but not strictly required.
