Join our dynamic team as a Client Advocate where you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients. As a Client Advocate, you will be an important point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
This position has flexible hours 4pm EST - 7pm EST or 5pm EST - 8pm EST
- Duties:
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain strong relationships through regular check-ins
- Address client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Advocate for clients' interests within the organization
- Requirements:
- Proven self-started and able to manage themselves under little supervision
- Experience in customer service
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced environment
