Key Responsibilities

? Liaise with state boards and credentialing authorities to monitor status updates and authenticate information.
? Ensure that credentialing data is precise and adheres to industry standards.
? Verify information from third-party sources by utilizing online databases.
? Undertake additional responsibilities as required to bolster the team's efforts.

Required Skills
? Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
? Strong written and verbal communication skills.
? Proficient in operating within a remote environment, equipped with reliable internet (minimum 15 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload).

Qualifications
? A minimum of 6 months experience in data entry or customer service roles is advantageous.
? Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday (weekends off).
