Job Overview

As a Virtual Special Education Teacher, you will:
? Create Individualized Education Plans (IEPs):

Develop and implement tailored plans to meet each student?s unique learning needs.
? Deliver Engaging Instruction:

Provide interactive virtual lessons across a variety of subjects, adapting your approach to fit student requirements.
? Track Student Progress:

Monitor and assess student performance, making adjustments to instructional strategies as needed.
? Collaborate Effectively:

Partner with families and fellow educators to foster a supportive learning environment.
? Maintain Documentation:

Keep accurate records of student progress and IEP developments.

Qualifications
? Educational Background:

Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Special Education or a related field.
? Licensure:

Valid Special Education license in Minnesota.
? Experience:

Previous experience working with elementary students with diverse learning needs is preferred.
? Technical Proficiency:

Comfortable using technology for effective remote teaching.
