What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Conduct phone interviews with research participants for various studies
• Follow established interview protocols to gather accurate data
• Maintain a clear speaking voice and strong typing skills during interviews
• Work a minimum of 12 hours per week, including at least one evening or weekend shift
• Engage with participants to ensure a positive and informative interview experience

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Must be detail-oriented and able to follow interview protocols
• Strong speaking and typing skills are essential
• Ability to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
• Availability to work at least one evening or weekend shift
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not required

• Experience in a customer service or interview role
