Working Hours

Evening shifts between 5 PM ? 10 PM EST

Responsibilities
? Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
? Provide detailed information about our products and services.
? Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly.
? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
? Follow up on customer complaints to ensure full resolution.
? Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
? Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
? Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required.
