This is a fully remote and part time customer service roll.
Primarily, you will be handling customer request to make changes to their accounts.
Based on experience, you can expect $16-21/hr.
Part time employees are also elible for PTO and 401k/Retirement Savings benefits.
You must have a dedicated space and be will to work during EST standard business hours (eg 9-5, M-F)

Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Policy Assistance: Provide support to customers in understanding their policies, addressing questions, and resolving any issues.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, policy renewals, and service requests.
Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or concerns efficiently and professionally.
Continuous Improvement: Offer feedback to improve customer service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.
Requirements
? Must have an active P&C insurance license
? Prior experience at a major insurance carrier is preferred
? Prior experience working in a fully remote environment is preferred
