What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Ensure patients are appropriately registered for all service lines
• Perform eligibility verification, obtain pre-cert and/or authorizations
• Make financial arrangements and request/receive payments for services
• Maintain close working relationships with clinical partners
• Provide PBX (switchboard) coverage and support as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
• High School Grad or Equivalent
• One year of relevant healthcare experience
• One year of customer service experience
• Prior collections experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience in a healthcare-related service role
• Proficiency in medical terminology
