- What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the full cycle recruiting process, including posting job ads and developing sourcing strategies
- Conduct initial phone screenings and assist teams in resume screening
- Schedule interviews and manage calendars for hiring teams and candidates
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience
- Participate in recruiting events and promote the employer brand
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of proven work experience as a recruiter or HR professional in a high-volume staffing environment
- Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or closely related field preferred or equivalent experience
- Ability to meet a travel expectation of 25%
- Proven experience hiring for industrial or manufacturing-type positions
- Proficient skills in MS Office, Applicant Tracking Systems, and HRIS systems
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Located in the Central/Mid-Atlantic region (AR, MO, WI, PA, WV preferred)
- Full recruitment lifecycle experience
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and adjust priorities
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and critical-thinking skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
