We are seeking a Commercial Pricing Manager to work closely with our Executive leaders and regional leadership team to develop the internal financial strategy... and review total cost of ownership pricing models. **Responsibilities:**? Provide leadership support to ensure strategic client-related initiatives are accurate and timely. * Lead and facilitate global alignment with local pricing teams. * Review, consolidate, and standardize pricing across all segments and geos. * Work closely with Executive Leadership and Business Development teams to manage and propose responses to client-generated RFPs. * Lead and facilitate project pricing, value add total cost of ownership modeling, postmortem review, and process improvement functions. * Ensure financial deliverables are accurate and compliant with global policies, IFRS, local taxes, and commercial standards. * Support client negotiations from a financial perspective. * Work globally and cross-functionally to confirm operational viability of proposals. **Qualifications:**? 3+ years of experience in finance, pricing, operations, or workforce management. * Bachelor's degree in business or a quantitative/technical discipline. * Strong attention to detail, superior analytical and problem-solving capability. * Previous experience in finance, pricing, operations, or workforce management with a BPO company. * Experience with client negotiations and contract reviews from a financial perspective. **Benefits:**?
