What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Act as a liaison to provide product/service information and resolve customer issues effectively
• Manage large volumes of incoming calls while generating sales leads
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open communication
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within specified time limits
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and process customer accounts

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Excellent customer service abilities with a track record of overachieving quotas
• Good phone etiquette and strong communication skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High school diploma or GED, and at least 18 years old

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience with outbound calling and sales/upselling
• Multilingual or bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish
• Strong analytical skills and data entry proficiency
