Position: Entry-Level IT Specialist Location: Greensboro, NC Terms: Short Term (2 week) Contract Pay Rate: $17-18/hr Job description: • Arrive onsite at appointed time • Site Lead Check-in with the onsite POC • Locate equipment and determine your work area (POC will let us know) • Taking inventory of equipment (new and old) • Capturing Serial #’s • Unboxing new equipment and disposing of trash in designated areas • Assisting end users with login and setup of desktop environment • Outlook signatures • One Drive Sync • Browser favorites • M365 application functionality • Application verification • Verifying print options • Network and/or local (not everyone will have local) • Take directions from onsite lead or FTE (full time employee) • Reporting hours worked in real time • Check in when you arrive • Check out before you leave (lead will release) • Escalate any issue immediately to your site lead Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED • Good communication and reading skills • Ability to follow instructions • Technical aptitude/familiarity – no necessary experience needed Apply Job!
