Step into Care Coordinator

Location: Remote working from home, but you will need to live in Manchester

Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time

Primary Industry: Education and Training

Salary: ?14 - ?15 Per hour

Job role: Support, develop and maintain employer and referral partnerships on the Step into Care programme.

Job Duties:
? Liaise with Health and Social Care employers to inform them about the program and establish any recruitment needs
? Attend events online and in person to promote the program.
? Liaise with key stakeholders to introduce WEA to employers that might benefit from recruitment & training support.
? Attends regular meetings online and in person with DWP engaging with Job Coaches and Employer Advisors.
? Promote provision to ensure recruitment targets are met
? Acquistion of successful referral partnerships, including DWP, that leads to enrolments into learning
? Managing and maintaining successful relationships with... employers
? Matching employment opportunities for learners that lead to sustained employment

What you'll need:
? Experience in the care sector
? Experience working in recruitment
? Preferrable experience of working in a funded educational environment
? Enhanced DBS
? Excellent stakeholder Management and communication skills
? Excellent Admin skills
? Excellent attention to detail
