Description:
? Lead the digital transformation strategy for global supply chain operations, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
? Oversee the implementation and optimization of S4Hana across supply chain functions, including order management, manufacturing, inventory management, procurement, and fulfillment.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize digital initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
? Drive the adoption of advanced technologies such as Automation, AI and Advanced Analytics to streamline supply chain processes and enhance data-driven decision-making.
? Develop and manage a roadmap for digital transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
? Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the supply chain organization.
? Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal... teams.
? Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of supply chain digital transformation.

Requirements: ? Bachelor's degree AND 12 years of global experience driving digital (IT) initiatives for supply chain operations coupled with S4Hana implementation and optimization experience. ? Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. ? A Master's degree is preferred. ? Experience with advanced technologies such as AI, IoT, and blockchain in a supply chain context. ? Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in supply chain digital transformation. ? Certification in supply chain management or related fields (e.g., APICS, CSCP, PMP). ? Strong understanding of order management, manufacturing, inventory management, procurement, and fulfillment processes. ? Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. ? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. ? Experience in the Life Sciences industry, including the reagents business and lifecycle. ? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
