The App Store Asset Coordinator role is responsible for requesting and managing assets in connection with the marketing of Apps and other third party content, and maintaining and preserving industry relationships.
Key Qualifications: ? 5-7 years relevant experience managing digital assets, including content organization, metadata management, and asset lifecycle management ? Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of digital asset management systems and tools as well as familiarity with image editing and content creation software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop) ? Knowledge of Industry Standards: Understanding of digital/graphic production, 3D design, computer science, video animation or production ? Compliance and Legal: Understanding of legal aspects related to digital content, including copyright, trademark, and licensing issues ? Skills and Competencies: Demonstrated ability to work across multiple projects with varying ranges of complexity, including experience with project management ? Demonstrated skill in concise and clear written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with developers, designers, marketing teams and other stakeholders ? Exceptional analytical skills to track data and analyze metrics ? Calm approach, sound judgment, organized, skilled in managing tasks, excels at time management ? Familiarity with Apple?s products and services, especially App Store platforms and their asset requirements and guidelines
Description:
? Act as an integral member of Apple?s Global Marketing Business Affairs team, partnering with various internal stakeholders across Marketing, Services, Legal, Business, and Product teams to ensure smooth asset management and alignment on objectives.
? Reach out to App Store developers to request assets intended for featuring within Apple?s Marketing
? Ensure that all assets meet the required specifications and guidelines for the App Store ? able to identify and resolve issues related to asset quality, compatibility, or compliance
? Facilitate communication between multiple stakeholders across the organization, providing strategic options to internal teams, flagging delivery issues, content constraints, delays, etc.
? Work within tracking systems to enable monitoring of project progress, ensuring Production?s asset needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
? Analyze asset performance metrics to optimize asset usage and visibility. Provide key stakeholders with data-driven insights that improve asset utilization rates and maximize visibility across platforms.
? Maintain systems that offer cross-functional visibility into metrics, tracking the volume of requested and received assets, and assessing overall asset performance.
? Track and store digital assets in an internal asset management system
Education
? Bachelor?s Degree required
