Give quality client care to various corporate clients who travel locally as well as globally, while precisely dealing with all movement demands, following the suitable interaction and methodology. In a call center, essential duties and responsibilities include responding to client inquiries and requests via phone, email, text/SMS, or online booking tool.
In accordance with client requests, receive, initiate, and process reservations by booking and ticketing airline, rail, car, hotel, and limo services.
A high volume of month to month exchanges is required.
To successfully fulfill travel requests, make use of the queues, scripts, and programmable keys of the Sabre Global Distribution System (GDS).
In accordance with travel policy, act as the client's advocate to ensure that travel requirements are met and that customer satisfaction exceeds expectations.
