Part-Time Virtual Marketing Coordinator - Contract to Hire

We own several fast-food franchise locations in Arizona and are looking for someone to help with:

Day-to-day marketing tasks (such as maintaining a database of leads, sending promotional emails, etc...

Creating and maintaining relationships with vendors who help us more easily sell our food (i.e. catering websites, third-party delivery, school delivery services, etc.)

Light PR work (i.e. press releases to local publications, contacting radio stations for new promos, etc.)

Research and outreach for local events

Coordinating with organizers of local events (working with our staff and the event organizer to ensure we have a presence at the event)

Tracking progress and success of marketing initiatives

You would be assisting our Marketing Manager and working together to create initiatives. To start, it is part-time, hourly, about 20 hrs a week, but could grow from there.

You can make your own schedule but must be available during some Arizona business hours for meetings and to call potential businesses
