This is a remote position that can be based anywhere in the US.nnn Position SummarynnnnReporting to the Director of Global Managed Services Operations, the Business Analyst will be responsible for bridging the gap between the business and IT using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements, test solutions, and deliver data-driven enhancements and reports to executives, stakeholders and clients. A qualified candidate will have experience with ITIL-based service management programs and systems, managing multiple cross-functional initiatives and rollouts with a successful and proven delivery track record.nIn addition, this person will assist with improvements to current managed services methodologies, recommend new processes, procedures, and provide analytical support, training, and guidance to other teams as needed. They must prove to be trustworthy, decisive, loyal, and be able to handle stress.
