• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Previous experience conducting research and analyzing IT-related problems
• IT certifications such as CompTIA CISSP, CISM, or SSCP
• Demonstrated creativity and initiative in problem-solving
