Overview

A Technical Specialist in Coordination of Benefits (COB) is accountable to internal customers in the pursuit of implementing new and recurring projects. Manages milestone and task execution within assigned projects and internal process improvement efforts. Directly works with product managers and internal cross-functional counterparts to ensure timely and quality output of project... deliverables including but not limited to documentation, data analysis, product status reporting, performance metrics, business requirements & grooming, and other operational functions. Document, organize, and share feedback (issues/risks) associated with assigned tasks via applicable project management software and reporting mechanisms. Project management rigor and best practices application of process excellence, as well as questioning previously established processes and providing creative solutions to achieve time / cost savings, will be of paramount importance in succeeding in this role.

Responsibilities
? Manages processes and systems related special initiative projects including but not limited to product configuration, project milestones maintenance, quality review and application testing, product benchmarking, risks and issues tracking, and other project documentation upkeep.
? Investigates and responds to questions for assigned projects.
? Contributes and collaborates to generates project status updates.
? Monitor?s quality of product usage post-implementation and pro-actively partners with Business Operations, R&D, and steering committee members on observations relating to success of implementation.
? Interacts directly with internal stakeholders via calls and meetings, documents meeting notes and action items and follows up accordingly to ensure project objectives remain on task.
? Identifies unmet business needs and/or requirements and works collaboratively with Senior Technical Specialist, Team Leads and Managers to investigate process improvement opportunities.
? Complete all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan.
? Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned.
? Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications
? B.S., B.A, or advanced degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
? Minimum 3-4 years Cotiviti experience or equivalent within Healthcare industry.
? Proven ability to handle stressful situations, multiple tasks, and deadline pressures.
? Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to research and make decisions based on day-to-day and complex problems required.
? Process improvement skill set required.
? Excellent oral, written, and technical skills are required.
? Excellent organization skills, with ability to track multiple projects simultaneously.
? Strong interpersonal and cross-functional skills required.
? Proactive, self-motivated individual with a demonstrated ability to work well in a group setting. Must be able to perform daily functions with little supervision.
? Strong technical skills, with proven track-record of working across multiple technology platforms.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. Project management software experience, preferred.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
? Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
? Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
? Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area.
? Must be able to provide high-speed internet access/connectivity and office setup and maintenance.
? No adverse environmental conditions are expected.

Base compensation ranges from $68,000 to $80,000. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs. This role is eligible for discretionary bonus consideration.
