Outbound Call Center Representative - 100% Remote

IMMEDIATE CALL CENTER JOB OPPORTUNITY - 100% REMOTE EQUIPMENT PROVIDED

FULL TIME MONDAY - FRIDAY 8AM-5PM OR 9AM-6PM, MUST BE FLEXIBLE (EASTERN TIME)

$22/HR

THIS POSITION IS A 4 MONTH CONTRACT JOB OPPORTUNITY

Qualifications: ? 2 years of call center experience ? Experience handling high volume outbound phone calls ? Experience using CRM systems ? Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities: ? Manage high volume outbound phone calls to customers ? Update customers regarding shipment status and delivery status ? Update customers regarding delivery delay or cancellation ? Speak with customers regarding changes in delivery schedules to to holidays ? Update CRM system regarding customer order information
