Job Description:

VocoVision is seeking a dedicated and skilled Remote Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing to join our team. This fully remote role allows you to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students while working from the comfort of your home.

Responsibilities: ? Provide specialized instruction and support to students who are deaf or hard of hearing. ? Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student?s needs. ? Collaborate with families, educators, and support staff to enhance student learning and development. ? Utilize technology and innovative teaching methods to engage students effectively.

Qualifications: ? Valid certification as a Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing in Illinois. ? Prior experience working with deaf and hard-of-hearing students is preferred. ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements: ? Liability insurance is required. ? This position is offered as a 1099 contracted role.
