Job Overview:

We are seeking a Remote Client Service Representative to support our clients and ensure their experience with Bates Electric LLC is exceptional. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. This role is vital in maintaining our reputation for outstanding service and fostering strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities: ? Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and providing information about services. ? Assist clients in scheduling appointments, coordinating services, and resolving issues related to their projects. ? Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service requests, and follow-ups in our CRM system. ? Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and electricians, to ensure seamless service delivery. ? Provide clients with updates regarding their service requests and ensure timely follow-up. ? Identify opportunities for improving the client experience and suggest enhancements to processes and services. ? Handle client complaints and issues with professionalism and tact, striving for a resolution that meets client needs. ? Stay informed about company services, industry trends, and best practices to effectively serve clients.

Requirements: ? High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields is a plus. ? Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an electrical or construction industry. ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ? Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. ? Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. ? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. ? A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $35.00 - $50.00/hour.
