Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Live Chat Specialist to join our customer support team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers. You will be responsible for engaging with customers via live chat, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries through live chat in a professional and courteous manner.
Assist customers with product selection, order status, returns, and troubleshooting.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations.
Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues.
Monitor and analyze chat performance metrics to enhance service quality.
Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product changes.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor?s degree preferred.
Previous experience in customer service or live chat support is a plus.
Strong written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of inquiries.
Familiarity with CRM software and live chat tools is desirable.
Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
