Team Director - Media Direct

? The Team Director, Media Direct has expertise in leading and working with digital media execution and planning.
? In this role the director will develop strong partnerships with clients to own and grow their accounts and strategies.
? The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience across digital marketing channels to help elevate and guide the Media Direct team on strategy and execution.

Requirements: ? 8+ years in digital media buying, planning, and strategy, ideally managing... campaigns with $100K higher monthly spend ? Media/Marketing agency experience is preferred, and a background in B2B Marketing is a must ? Must have hands-on experience planning and buying content syndication and direct publisher programs ? Account Based Marketing (ABM) experience is preferred ? Hands-on experience with Convertr and/or Integrate is strongly preferred ? Exceptional relationships with B2B media vendors and lead-gen partners ? Strong team management, hiring, and mentorship abilities ? Strong collaboration skills, able to work with multiple clients and departments to accomplish goals ? Ability to influence client decisions and comfortability accompanying the sales team on pitches ? Superb communication skills - written and oral, presentation skills are key for this role ? as is speaking to clients ? High-end Excel skills: Coding, using advanced formulas and pivot tables ? Bonus points: knowledge of and experience working with digital channels outside of media direct (IE programmatic, paid social, SEM, etc)
