Work from Home Customer Service Representative

Randstad is currently working with a reputable company in efforts to fill several Work from Home Customer Service positions. Details of these positions are below. Duration: 2 month temporary assignment with potential to be hired on based on performance and... attendance. Shift: Flexibility for an 8 hour shift between the hours of 7:00AM-11:00PM Monday-Sunday Pay: $17.00/hr. ($18.00/hr. for bilingual) Description:
? Handling incoming complex calls or outbound appointments offering compassion and empathy while using exceptional listening skills to identify customers' needs.
? Professionally answer calls and address caller inquiries as needed.
? Route calls as needed to appropriate resource.
? Perform research using available resources as needed to provide required information to callers.
? Complete necessary administrative work as needed and complete call logs accurately.

salary: $17 - $18 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 11 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Qualifications: ? 1 year call center experience required ? Good verbal and written communication skills. ? Dependable and able to adhere to schedule. ? Effective problem solving skills. ? Effective listening skills. ? Customer service orientation. ? Attention to details.

Work from Home Equipment Requirements: ? Must have a laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or better, 8GB of RAM installed and 256GB of storage ? USB Headset to plug into the computer ? Hardwired internet using an Ethernet cable
