What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Manage strategic sourcing initiatives for research tools and report purchases, ensuring compliance with internal processes and regulations
• Develop and maintain an internal database of purchased tools, including usage and budgeting details
• Oversee the EY SharePoint site to provide consultants with access to available tools and associated costs
• Validate payments, invoices, and work orders for suppliers, addressing disputes in collaboration with legal and finance teams
• Support client servers by managing a shared mailbox and providing timely responses to inquiries

What is Required (Qualifications):
• BA or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proven ability to provide a high-quality experience to internal and external clients

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Previous knowledge of EY tools such as Mercury, BRIDGE, and sourcing requests
• Strong experience managing and analyzing data in Excel
• Experience with invoicing, journal entries, and tracking payments
