Key Responsibilities...
? Craft lessons to meet the diverse language learning needs of students.
? Use proven strategies to improve listening, speaking, reading, and writing competencies.
? Collaborate with teachers to incorporate language development across different subjects.
? Assess student progress consistently and adjust lessons as needed.
? Nurture an inclusive environment that honors linguistic and cultural backgrounds, while working with families to extend learning at home.

Qualifications: ? Required: ? Bachelor?s degree in Education, TESOL, Linguistics, or a related field ? Valid New Hampshire teaching license with an endorsement in ESL/ELL (or equivalent) ? Experience working with multilingual learners or culturally diverse populations ? Preferred: ? Master?s degree in TESOL, Education, or a related area ? Proficiency in a second language ? Familiarity with WIDA standards and assessments ? Experience with differentiated instruction and culturally responsive teaching practices
