- What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate effectively about construction products and materials to knowledgeable customers and clients
- Travel up to 50% within the first two years to meet with clients in western states
- Collaborate closely with the National Sales Manager to achieve sales goals
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the construction industry
- Act as a self-starter, managing time and responsibilities effectively
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically with Engineered Wood Products (EWP)
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and customers
- Willingness to travel as required
- Must reside in WA, ID, OR, CA, AZ, NV, or UT
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in managing client relationships in a sales capacity
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with the construction industry trends and products
- Strong networking skills within the construction sector
- Previous experience in a remote work environment
