We are a rapidly growing healthcare company seeking a Director of HR Operationsto join our executive team. At its core, we are a physician group providing medical services to post-acute and long-term care facilities, operating outpatient primary care clinics, and much more. The ideal candidate must have 5 years of experience in Human Resources leadership roles in the healthcare industry, with a proven track record of success. The Director of HR Operations will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources, onboarding and Recruiting efforts of the company. You must also be an effective leader and manager, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams. You will report directly to our VP of Clinical Operations and work closely with our executive team to develop and implement operational strategies to support organizational growth, and will play a key role in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

The Director of HR Operations at Theoria Medical plays a pivotal role in steering the organization's HR functions and strategic talent management objectives. This position is critical for fostering an environment that attracts, retains, and nurtures top talent, ensuring the workforce is aligned with the company's mission to improve healthcare delivery through innovative solutions and technology. The Director of HR Operations will be instrumental in promoting an engaging, inclusive, and high-performance culture, directly contributing to Theoria Medical's success.

Shift Structure:
? Monday - Friday, 8:30AM to 5:30 PM

Responsibilities: ? Day-to-Day management of personnel concerns (benefits administration, compliance concerns, compensation concerns, leave management etc.) ? Oversee and manage our HRM platform. Develop relationships with our HR vendors and their leadership and manipulate HRM platform to ensure up to date compliance with federal and state law and to better serve employees. ? Work with and manage team of Human Resource Generalists to ensure daily tasks and larger HR responsibilities are being completed in a efficient and effective manner ? Strategic Leadership:Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with Theoria Medical's mission, vision, and values. Build and manage an efficient and productive HR team. ? Talent Management and Recruitment: Lead talent acquisition strategies and implementation, including refining the company's strategy for sourcing, assessing, and onboarding top talent. Oversee talent management initiatives to support employee growth, satisfaction, and retention. ? Performance Management: Enhance performance management strategies to drive high performance and employee development. Implement and refine appropriate KPIs for the HR department and the wider organization. ? Training and Development: Work with Compliance and Quality Departments to improve and oversee Theoria's training and development programs, ensuring high-quality induction training for new hires and ongoing development opportunities for existing staff. ? Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment that supports open communication, teamwork, and a high level of morale among employees. Ensure compliance with all HR policies and employment laws. ? Compensation and Benefits: Work with Payroll, Clinical Operations and other teams to ensure correct payroll processing and effective budgeting ? Cultural Leadership: Act as a role model for the organization's culture, promoting its values and ensuring alignment across all teams and locations.

Requirements and Qualifications: ? Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school ? Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources position ? Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, including clinical operations and information technology ? Excellent leadership and management skills, including the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams ? Proven track record of developing and implementing operational strategies to support organizational growth ? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ? HR certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) is an advantage ? Experience with credentialing healthcare providers
