Responsibilities
? Respond to a queue of customer service tickets via email.
? Look up and track customer orders and research loyalty card account inquiries.
? Work with internal teams to find answers and resolve customer issues.
? Provide clear, concise, and professional written responses to customers.
? Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
Qualifications: ? Strong written communication skills. ? Ability to research issues and collaborate with internal teams. ? Good documentation skills to track and resolve inquiries. ? Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required. ? Must be reliable and dependable, with the ability to work onsite.
