Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Virtual Gifted Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gifted education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create engaging, differentiated learning experiences for elementary students. This part-time position involves teaching and supporting students in a virtual setting.

Key Responsibilities: ? Develop and implement a curriculum tailored to the needs of gifted learners. ? Create engaging lesson plans that promote critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills. ? Utilize a variety of teaching methods and technologies to enhance the learning experience. ? Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support as needed. ? Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school administration to ensure student success. ? Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in gifted education.

Qualifications: ? Bachelor?s degree in Education, Gifted Education, or a related field (Master?s degree preferred). ? New Mexico teaching certification with endorsement in gifted education. ? Proven experience teaching elementary students, preferably in a gifted education setting. ? Strong understanding of the needs and characteristics of gifted learners. ? Proficient in virtual teaching tools and platforms. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
