What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally
? Schedule appointments and coordinate phone and office depositions
? Register all new patients efficiently and accurately
? Maintain organized records of appointments and patient information
? Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by management

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Minimum of 1 year of experience scheduling appointments and/or surgeries
? Experience with insurance processes and requirements
? Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
? Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
? Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience in a healthcare setting
? Familiarity with medical terminology
? Proficiency in scheduling software or tools
