? We are keen on welcoming a virtual paralegal who has at least 3 years of experience in a law firm setting, proficiency in at least two or more areas of law, has been engaged in a law firm setting within the past six months, and is technologically proficient.
? Operate with significant independence and maintain timely communication with clients between 9 am and 6 pm.

Requirements: ? Bachelor?s degree ? 3+ years of recent experience (within 6 months) working as a paralegal ? 3+ years working remotely ? Strong soft skills, including the ability to manage dynamic conditions and remain proactive in a fast-paced work environment ? Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail ?... Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative on assigned tasks ? Tech-savvy with proficiency in legal research platforms, document management systems, video conferencing platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite ? Resourceful problem solver who can find creative solutions to challenges ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail ? Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment ? Your own Windows laptop and smartphone with broadband access to the internet ? Quiet location in which to make and take phone calls
