CSR - Customer Service Representative - Personal Lines

Galloway Insurance Agency is hiring a Personal Lines Insurance Agent to service existing customers and generate new business for our well established agency. We are looking for a friendly professional with experience in insurance, banking or other related financial setting. Prior educators and teachers are welcome to apply. Qualifications for the Licensed Insurance Sales Agent:

? Property & Casualty license is preferred or willingness to obtain

? Insurance experience is preferred

? Financial services experience is a plus

? Sales experience is a plus

? Life & Health license is a plus

? Must be coachable

? Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior

? Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening

? Must have strong interpersonal communication skills

? Must be motivated and determined

Responsibilities for the Licensed Insurance Sales Agent:

? Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales

? Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed

? Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support. (support can include responding to inquiries)

? Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

? Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients

? Sell, solicit, service and negotiate insurance plans based on the needs of your assigned or prospective customers? portfolio

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
