We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative and Admin Support. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently.
Responsibilities...
- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a - -professional and timely manner
- Resolving customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
- Entering orders and managing customer accounts in our database
- Coordinating with various departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Assisting with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
- Managing social media accounts and responding to customer comments and messages.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Google related services and Slack
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Experience with social media management is a plus
