role details:
as the support lead, you'll keep us running smoothly. manage folks, watch how they do with guests, and make support slick. part-time now but chance for full-time in 7 months
duties:
check team work: keep tabs on support crew?s hours and tasks. make smooth operations
communication checks: peek at how agents chat with folks, keep it top notch
schedule planning: handle shifts for good coverage and ease
process upgrades: find better ways to do things in support
job log reviews: check logs for workload accuracy
watch platforms: keep Asana and Slack tidy and on point
what you?ll need:
English, got to be fluent
manage teams well, track hours and tasks
we love perfect focus on small details
familiar with Asana and Slack would be nice
timing:
role starts 13 hrs a week, shift timing will be chill. possible full-time if good work in 7 months
